As a local Utah business, The Pie Pizzeria is actively engaged in its community and sponsors a variety of events.

THE PIE PIZZERIA RECYCLING

In the cities in which neighborhood curbside recycling is available to businesses, The Pie Pizzeria is an active participant.

The Pie is continuously looking for greener alternatives though out our restaurants. Our boxes are made from 30% reclaimed material, we use compostable cups and lids for our drinks and our ovens use up to 40% less gas than older and much less efficient ovens.

BUYING LOCAL

We currently are the only Utah pizza restaurant who is using a local manufacturing facility to produce 100% of our pizza boxes. 80%-100% of all Utah pizzerias use boxes manufactured in China and then imported through California.  The reality is boxes from China are cheaper and there hasn't been a local option for pizza boxes until now. Through our partnership and capital investment with PCA we have now provided other local pizzerias with a local option for their pizza boxes. Our hope would be that all Utah pizza restaurants benefit from our investment and partnership with PCA and go local with their pizza boxes.

At The Pie Pizzeria we appreciate the support of our business by the community. In turn, we feel a true responsibility to support the community and we welcome the opportunity to provide donations that can assist with fundraising and other important efforts of charitable/non-profit organizations.
