At The Pie Pizzeria, we are pleased to announce that we now offer Gluten-Free options at all our locations. Our team takes great care to prepare every Gluten-Free Pie safely and freshly for you and your family. We understand how important it is for those with gluten allergies to have a reliable and safe option to enjoy.

We take every precaution to ensure that your Gluten-Free Pie is prepared in the safest manner possible. This includes using separate enclosed areas to prepare our Gluten-Free Pies, away from any products that contain Gluten. We also use color-coded knives, cutters, and tools for all our Gluten-Free menu items. Our cooks change their aprons and gloves before entering our Gluten-Free areas and only use pre-approved Gluten-Free pizza toppings.

Your Gluten-Free Pie will always be served to you in a closed box to minimize airborne gluten exposure. Please note that due to space restrictions, we can only offer the current Gluten-Free options and toppings at this time.

To maintain the quality and safety of our Gluten-Free Pies, we only use toppings from The Pie's Gluten-Free Menu. Therefore, we do not offer half/half combinations, half/half additions, or half/half deletions at this time.

We want you to enjoy your Gluten-Free Pie to the fullest, so please note that Gluten-Free products tend to lose heat quickly. Therefore, it may be necessary to reheat your Gluten-Free Pie/Breadsticks when you take them home. Reheating instructions can be found on the side of your pizza box.

You can easily identify which items have a Gluten-Free option available by looking for the icon on our menus. Additional charges may apply to Gluten-Free items.
